Last weekend Mike framed in a chicken house and Lane finished it. They now have a place to roost and be out of the weather! The twins have a "play date" with them every day. Did I mention I love chickens?
please send me all of the reasons we should have chickens, i've been trying to convince mike lately, i think he's close to folding after maybe 8 or 10 more conversations and pleadings. i had 2 chickens for a little while when i was like maybe 4 or 5, their names were sarah and sally. . i also had cabbage patch slippers with plastic cabbage patch heads on them, they were purple, i named them sarah and sally as well. alani's just lucky her name isn't sarah sally wiist!

If only Michelle would let us have chickens. I blame her completely. :-)

Chickens are just great fun - especially with kids. Glad T & T are enjoying them. That is as it should be=)
